Oh I didn't know Bakuman got dubed, I'll probably watch it.
(contrary to what annoying otaku's think I think that american voice overs sound better usually, the exception being some of the animes from the late 80's early 90's)
And yeah, I don't get Bakugon either, it is just Yugioh/Duel Masters with Marbles. Kids these days got alot of Crap anime
When we were kids we had the good Yugioh, Digimon and Pokemon. Now they just get lame versions of what we watched. Even the new Dragon Ball is just a lame version of what we had. (I tried watching it then realised it's a PG/G version of the old Dragon Ball Z essentially)

Yea the newer seasons of Pokemon and Digimon I just don't get, Pokemon because the characters are no longer appealing and Digimon because I'm now confused about digivolution trees. Though Yugioh 5-Ds is pretty much just like Yugioh, I just don't understand tuner cards

Tuner and synchro are just easier fusion monsters. You give up a tuner of a specific type and another monster and summon a Synchro from your fusion deck. No need for polymerization and you can use what ever tuner and regular monster you want.

I really only saw one episode, I just know that alot of other people said it was lame (I do like the new cards though, but now Zexel cards added a more confusing type called XYZ monsters and their design is so weird, the stars are on the wrong side.)

As far as Kai goes, is it a better version of DBZ? (I never got to watch a full episode)

Its roughly the same, nicer animation and voice quality, the big plus is you can watch the series and understand what going on in half the time it takes to watch the original Dragonball Z anime.

Also have added Pokemon to my list I'm up to Episode 60 of the Indigo League now and that includes the banned episodes (Beauty and the Beach, Legend of Dratini and Electric Soldier Porygon)

Though I need to finish Tamers with CS still
